If entering data for one group takes an average of 5 minutes, and there are 110 groups in the system, that means:
110 groups × 5 minutes = 550 minutes
550 minutes = 9 hours and 10 minutes
In other words, just one round of manual data entry equals more than a full working day of administrative work.

The STIOKids database currently contains 247,145 attendance records. Every record represents an important part of daycare operations: child arrivals, attendance tracking, and transparent information for parents and management.
Without digitalization, all of these records would need to be handled manually through notebooks, spreadsheets, or additional communication.
