These Terms of Use define the rules, responsibilities, and conditions under which preschool institutions use the STIOKids platform and related digital services.

By using the system, the user confirms that they are familiar with these terms, understand them, and accept the rules governing the use of the platform.

The Terms define the limits of liability, the method of use, and the basic rules of cooperation with the platform.

1. General provisions

These Terms of Use define the rules and conditions under which the STIOKids platform and related digital services are used (hereinafter: the “Platform”).

STIOKids is a digital solution designed for preschool institutions to manage administration, records, communication with parents, and other processes that support the institution’s daily operations.

2. System users

The users of the Platform are legal entities – preschool institutions that have entered into a contract with STIOKids.

Parents and other end users may access certain functionalities exclusively through the institution that uses STIOKids and do not have a direct contractual relationship with STIOKids.

Important: STIOKids is a B2B platform. The contractual relationship exists with the kindergarten or institution, while parents use certain functionalities within that relationship.

3. Use of the platform

The user undertakes to use the Platform responsibly, in accordance with applicable laws, the contractual relationship, and these Terms.

The user is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the data entered into the system.

The user is responsible for managing access, user accounts, and internal permissions within the institution.

Any unauthorized access, attempted security breach, or use of the Platform for unlawful purposes is prohibited.

The user must protect their access credentials, passwords, and other security information.

4. Data and data processing

Preschool institutions using STIOKids act as data controllers, while STIOKids acts as a data processor in accordance with the contractual relationship and applicable regulations.

STIOKids processes data exclusively according to the user’s instructions and within the scope of providing the service, without using such data for its own purposes that are not based on a legal basis or contractual relationship.

5. Availability, maintenance, and system changes

STIOKids strives to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the Platform, but does not guarantee that the system will be available at all times without interruptions or technical issues.

Regular maintenance The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to planned upgrades, maintenance, or technical interventions.

System improvements STIOKids reserves the right to change functionalities, design, and technical characteristics in order to improve the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STIOKids shall not be liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, except where otherwise expressly provided by law or contract.

STIOKids is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including data loss caused by user actions, inaccurate data entry, or unauthorized conduct within the institution itself.

STIOKids assumes no responsibility for decisions made by users based on data, reports, or information displayed in the system.

7. Intellectual property

All rights to the software, design, structure, documentation, functionalities, and other elements of the Platform belong to STIOKids, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Copying, distribution, adaptation, reverse engineering, or any other unauthorized use of any part of the Platform is not permitted without prior written consent.

8. Restriction or termination of access

STIOKids reserves the right to temporarily restrict or permanently terminate access to the Platform in the event of a breach of these Terms, security incidents, system misuse, or other circumstances that threaten the stability and lawful use of the service.

9. Changes to the Terms

STIOKids may update these Terms of Use from time to time in order to align them with technical, legal, business, or organizational changes.

The updated version will be published on the website and will apply from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated.
